Hello, everyone!

So, long story short, I'm a 27 year old male living in the Espoo area who has had a long-standing interest in spanking though I've barely gotten to really try giving spankings to women or even play around with the idea much. To be honest, I'm not even sure how to approach this topic much at all. That's kind of the reason for this post. I'm really curious to finally start trying this stuff out but I don't really have any idea on how to get started. I'm probably being overly cautious in general but I'm hesitant to just go randomly searching for people nor am I yet particularly comfortable with the idea of just attending a random party by myself. However, I feel like I've been keeping this side of me mostly to myself for far too long and this seems like a great place to get started. What I'd like to hear from any of you is simply advice on how to get started pursuing these interests. Maybe you could even share some of the ways that you all got started? Any advice at all would be much appreciated and feel free to ask additional questions if you need more information about myself.

Also, I am Finnish and do speak Finnish but I've gone to English speaking schools for most of my life and I'm more comfortable speaking in English which is why I'm writing this here. However, if you'd prefer to reply in Finnish, that's fine.

How about going to Kamppi to a restaurant Bruuveri after 7pm tomorrow. You'll find other kinksters there and can talk with them  about anything that concerns you. And there usually is many people, who speak english also.

Have you checked out Fetlife as well, there are many English speaking Finnish kinksters there? And there are newbies just like you here too, maybe you could get someone just as new and just as interested to go with you if going alone is too intimidating I know it would be a lot easier for me to attend munches if I had someone to rely on. Unfortunately I don't live in the Helsinki area, otherwise I would have offered to go with you

Thanks for all the help so far! Clearly this was a good place to start exploring my kinky side. Unfortunately, I won't be able to come to the event tomorrow as I've already promised to be elsewhere. :/ But are there any other upcoming events that I might be able to participate in? What do they tend to be like?
